The consortium Albea, that includes NGE, Fayat, OFI Infravia and TIIC, has been appointed preferred bidder in the tender for the A150 Motorway, linking Ecalles-Alix and Barentin en Seine-Maritime, Normandy, France
The project includes the design, build, finance, operation and maintenance for a period of 55 years of 18km of toll road, linking the existing sections of the A150 motorway in the south (Barentin junction) and in the north (Ecalles-Alix junction). The project also includes the construction of the “l’Austreberthe” viaduct, with a length of 470 meters.
Closing is expected to happen until year end.
This is the second concession road project to be awarded to a NGE lead consortium, a French construction company. The Albea consortium also includes another important player from the French construction sector, Fayat, and two financial investors, OFI Infravia and TIIC (through the company SFA150).
The design and build will be provided by the construction consortium, consisting of NGE and Razel (Group Fayat). The consortium was supported by Orrick Rambaud Martel as legal advisor and Compagnie Benjamin de Rothschild as financial advisor.
