Portuguese Court of Auditors gives Green Light to Litoral Oeste
The Tribunal de Contas, (The Portuguese Court of Auditors), has given the green light to the Litoral Oeste road project, the last approval of the five projects previously blocked and ruled out as result of the increase of the Grantor’s financial expenditure between the initial bid stage and the financial close. The Litoral Oeste project had to reform the subconcession agreement in order to accomplish the Tribunal de Contas formal rules.
The project has now completed all the conditions precedent imposed by the financing banks, and therefore the project can be developed as expected
AELO consortium includes Transport Infrastructure Investment Company, Brisa and Auto-Estradas do Oeste.
