  Jaime Roque Pinho d’Almeida Partner

  Graduated in Law, Jaime has more than 40 years of experience in the financial, commercial and investment banking area, based in Zurich, London and New York.
  
  During his career he had several CEO roles, like in Império S.A., a major global insurance company where he was vice chairman and CEO.
  
  Jaime has also been involved in the launching of several financial institutions in Portugal, such as M.D.M. - Sociedade de Investimentos S.A. (now Deutsche Bank’s in Portugal) and FISECO S.A.(fund manager and stock exchange group partly owned by AIG).
  
  Lately he was also President of the Portuguese Insurers Association.

  Manuel Ravara Cary Partner

  More than 20 years of experience in corporate and project finance, and a solid experience and track-record in the infrastructure sector, in the EMEA region.
  
  Before joining TIIC he was Executive Board Member at Millennium Investment Banking, responsible for the origination teams in investment banking, covering several industries.
  
  Prior to that, Manuel was Member of the Board of Directors of Banco Mello de Investimento, with responsibility for Corporate Banking, Corporate Finance and Project Finance.
  
  Civil Engineering graduate and holder of a MBA from INSEAD.

  Francisco Rocio Mendes Partner

  More than 25 years of managerial experience and private equity experience.
  
  Francisco has a strong experience in the infrastructure sector, due to his roles in CCR (Brazil) as Member of the Executive Committee and head of Planning and Control, and in Brisa (Portugal) as head of Strategic Planning and Control.
  
  He has also a solid track record in venture capital and private equity: he was head of investment at BNU Capital for more than 10 years.
  
  Graduation in Business Management in 1982.

  Filipe Dias Rodrigues

  7 years of experience in Corporate Finance, including several transactions in Health Care, Media & Telecom and Transports.
  
  Prior to TIIC Filipe was a Senior Consultant at the Corporate Finance Division of Deloitte in Lisbon.
  
  Graduation in Business Management in 2003.

  Mafalda Silva Office Manager

  About 20 years experience mainly in international pharmaceutical companies as Executive Assistant or office manager.
  
  At TIIC provides administrative support including meeting planning, agenda&travel arrangements, records management, responsibility for the day to day running of the office, liaising between the different divisions.
  
  ISLA ESA Certificate in Secretarial Studies (1991).
